Maglite is a high quality flashlight company that manufactures in the US. Their products are durable and very well built. For this project the company wanted to use a simple yet sophisticated look for their package design. Not only that, they also wanted us to use eco-friendly inks and supply on the package. We incorporated all of those things in our package design and came up with a recycled paper tube that is built of two parts and uses no glues at all. The paper is all eco friendly as well as the soy base ink.

The method is simple. Its assembled of two tubes that interlock perfectly so that there is no slipping therefore no need for adhesives. The inner tube pulls up and inside a tube carton holds the lamp in place. The cartridge is pulled once again and the lamp is detached.
