Easton is a aluminum and carbon fiber company that makes baseball, hockey, and other sport supply. They started by creating bows made of aluminum and incorporated their methods on baseball bats and hockey sticks. 

The logo represents the arrow that is shot by the bow, which is the red arrow pointing left. And the black circle is a representation of a hockey puck or baseball, sports that later appeared in the company. Both put together in the right way to form an E with the visual connecting lines.
